Writing Checks - Classroom Checkbook Challenge Activity and Worksheets

Learning how to write checks is an exciting moment for any student and a big step towards independence. This entertaining lesson plan for check writing can be used by a larger group of eager students to give them a foundation for understanding this important financial skill. Students get their very own "checks" from a "bank" and will continue to participate in an ingenious "banking" activity that will teach them skills they will take with them in the years ahead.
