¹     Josh and his dad were outside. It was a nice day. They felt like taking a walk. They went around the block. They got to the stream.
 
²     Josh saw a frog. He chased it. One minute he almost had him. The next minute he slipped on a wet rock. He fell and hit his head.
 
³     Josh's dad got to him right away. Josh was hurt.
 
⁴     "Josh!" Dad yelled. "Josh!"
 
⁵     It seemed like a long time before Josh could say something. "Is that you, Dad?" Josh asked.
 
⁶     "Yes!" Dad said. Slowly, Dad helped Josh stand up. He had a huge bump on his head. Josh was dizzy. Dad took him home. He got him ice. They went to the doctor right away.
 
⁷     The doctor saw Josh right away. She asked Josh, "What day of the week is it?"
 
⁸     "Sunday," Josh said.
 
⁹     "What did you do right after you fell?" the doctor asked.
 
¹⁰     "I don't know," Josh said. He cried.
 
¹¹     "Don't cry," Dad said.
 
¹²     "It's OK," the doctor said. "It's because of the fall. I think you have a concussion."
 
¹³     "Is that bad?" Josh asked.
