1     Scientists recently found some buried treasure around the Dead Sea in the country of Israel. The Dead Sea lies in the portion of Asia known as the Middle East. The Dead Sea borders the countries of Jordan, Israel, and Palestine. The "buried treasure" was a woman's jewelry and makeup kit. The scientists believe the items date back to around 500 B.C.
 
2     We don't know how the woman lost her treasures. She would not have thrown away her silver pendant, her agate medallion, her scarab, or her beaded gold necklace! These .....
