Waldo Worm's Watercolor
By Joyce Furstenau

1     Wayne found a wiggly worm in his garden. Wayne put the wiggly worm in the watering can with some soil. Wayne brought his worm into the house.

2     Wayne wanted to name his worm. He wanted a wiggly, wormy name. He thought a while, and then Wayne chose the perfect name: Waldo! He named his wiggly worm Waldo.

3     It was too hot to put Waldo by the window. Wayne put the worm can in his room. He put wiggly Waldo on his desk right next to his art supplies. Then Wayne went out to water the lawn.
