Unsolved Mystery - Bigfoot

1     Imagine you are an experienced hiker. You've hiked on all kinds of terrain. You've hiked in the most difficult areas. Today you are in a densely wooded area you've never been to before. Except for the two others hiking with you, you feel secluded from the rest of the population on Earth. All of a sudden, you hear rustling. You spot an eight foot creature. It is walking on two feet. Its face appears humanlike, although it is too large and hairy to be one. It spots you but wants nothing to do with you. It continues to move away from you in great strides, leaving humongous footprints. What was that?
 
2     You've probably heard of Bigfoot, that huge animal some believe exists in densely wooded areas. Is he really a living creature? Or is he a myth? Maybe one day you will conclude with a definitive answer. Currently, many argue about what the truth is, but there is no concrete evidence one way or another. The debate, therefore, rages on.
 
3     Throughout history, various cultures have described large, hairy, apelike creatures living elusively away from other populations. The facial features appear human-like but the communication is limited to cries, grunts, or whistles. In Russia, there was a description of leshiy in its folklore. Grendel is described in the Anglo-Saxon epic Beowulf. Nowadays, there are reports of the Abominable Snowman or Yeti in the Himalayas. Others claim to have seen Sasquatch in Canada. Of course, the United States uses the label Bigfoot. Is this a modern variation of the same creature? Is it all a hoax? With descriptions throughout the world, could this creature possibly exist?
