Muy Alto en el Cielo

1     He descubierto que tengo miedo de las alturas. Por lo menos, tengo miedo de las alturas abiertas. Siempre supe que me gustaban los edificios altos, pero ahora me ponen un poquito nervioso.
 
2     Sin embargo, a mi padre le encantan los edificios altos. Dice que parecen poderosos. Viaja a muchas ciudades y nos lleva cuando puede. Hemos ido a Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle y Nueva York en los dos últimos años.
 
3     La primera vez que visitamos una ciudad, tratamos de ir al centro. Normalmente tratamos de subirnos hasta el último piso del edificio más alto de la cuidad. Recuerdo una vez cuando estuvimos en Atlanta y decidimos almorzar en el último piso del hotel Westin Peachtree. Allí hay un restaurante giratorio que se llama -El Reloj de Sol-
 
4     Pagamos por acceso a un elevador rápido que iba hasta el último piso sin parar. Mi padre estaba muy emocionado. Yo estaba nervioso, pero no quería que mi familia lo supiera.
