Dale una Oportunidad a la Paz

1     ¿Qué es la paz? La paz es silencio. La paz es calma. La paz es no pelear. El 21 de septiembre es un día para celebrar la paz. Se le llama el Día Internacional de la Paz. Eso significa que participan los países de todo el mundo.
 
2     El Día de la Paz se inició en 1981. Las Naciones Unidas propusieron la idea. Las Naciones Unidas es un grupo de personas de diferentes países. Ellos ayudan a mantener la paz en el mundo. Ellos ayudan a las personas a que se sientan seguras.
 
3     La ONU (Organización de las Naciones Unidas) se fundó en 1945. Empezó después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. La mayoría de los países forman parte de la ONU. A ellos se les llama los "guardianes de la paz."
