The Aquarium
By Mary Lynn Bushong

Cody and Cole sat on the steps. They waited with Aunt Abby and Uncle Owen. They waited to go into the aquarium.

Cody could not sit still. He got up and stomped his feet. He waved his arms.

Cole sat still. He watched the other people.

Uncle Owen looked at his watch. He smiled at the boys.

"It is time to go in now," he said.

They took their tickets to the ticket taker. The man looked at the tickets.

He said, "Welcome to the aquarium. I hope you have a nice visit."

"Thank you," said Aunt Abby. "We plan to."

They walked through the doors into the lobby. There were many signs and pictures.

"What do we want to see first?" asked Uncle Owen.

"Look," said Aunt Abby. "That sign is pointing to the ocean tank."
