1 What would the Pilgrims think if they could see our world now? There are so many things that we use that would surprise them. For example, they would find it hard to understand a cell phone. They didn't even have regular phones! They would be amazed that we can communicate with people all over the world. They also would be shocked that we can travel so easily to far-away places. It took them months to get to America. Now, it just takes hours to fly in an airplane to other states or countries. ..... |
