1     Turkey. Pumpkin pie. Sweet potatoes. These are just some foods that are served at Thanksgiving. What are some others? How about stuffing? Or green beans? What about mashed potatoes with gravy?
 
2     Do you ever wonder why certain foods are made for this holiday? Do you wonder why we eat turkey on Thanksgiving?
 
3     You might think that the early Americans ate turkey at their Thanksgiving feast. However, there were several other foods (including cod and eels) that were eaten at that time. It's possible that turkey wasn't even served during the first Thanksgiving feast!
