1     When you look in the mirror what do you see? You can see your eyes, nose, and mouth. You can also see your hair and your skin. These are all parts of your body that you can see. There are also many parts of your body that you cannot see like your bones. You have a lot of bones hidden under your skin. In fact, you have 206 of them! Your bones do many things. They create the structure for your body. Without bones, your body would be one messy lump on the floor! Your backbone, or spine, helps you to sit up straight.
