1     Smile! How many teeth do you have? Do you have at least two? Then you have more than one of the presidents of the United States did. George Washington was America's first president. As a young boy, Mr. Washington used to crack walnut shells with his teeth. Ouch! This hurt his teeth and caused most of them to fall out. By the time he was thirty, he only had one tooth left! In order for him to speak and eat, President Washington needed dentures. These false teeth were made out of animal teeth and ivory. They were also made using human teeth. Sadly, these dentures were not very comfortable. They hurt his mouth. They also made it very hard for the president to .....
