1     One way to enjoy nature is to take a walk through a park. Things found in nature are trees, creeks, plants, and animals. Smell the pine trees. Look for animals. Listen for different types of birds. Nature is a word that refers to a place outdoors that has not been made or changed by people. People build buildings. They build homes. People create all kinds of new things. Buildings are man-made. They are not part of nature. People must clear the land before they begin building new things.
