¹     Kelly had a best friend. Her name was Kim. Kim lived across the street from Kelly. The girls waved at each other. Then Kim stopped waving. A tiny round ball appeared in front of Kim's mouth. The ball was a lovely shade of pink. Kim's cheeks puffed out. She was blowing, and the ball grew. It got bigger and bigger. It looked like a growing pink balloon.
