1     It is important to take care of your muscles. They help you move. Without them, you couldn't run, jump, or walk. You couldn't even raise your hand! Many people want to have big muscles. They want to look like a bodybuilder or a football player. You don't have to have big muscles to be strong, though. You can make sure that your muscles are working at their best by eating healthy foods. Foods like fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, milk, and whole grains give your body energy and lots of vitamins and minerals. These kinds of foods make your whole body healthier, including your muscles.
