A Shepherd's Snack

1     The shepherds in the Christmas pageant wore long robes. They wore fake beards. Some of them carried white, fuzzy stuffed animals. These sheep were good props for the play. Other shepherds carried tall, curved shepherd's crooks. The little actors and actresses practiced their lines for the play. Then the play director gave them a break. Their director gave them a yummy snack. It was a Christmas treat! The treats looked like little shepherd's crooks. .....
