1 Diplodocus (dih PLOD oh kus) was a plant-eating dinosaur. It lived from about 155 to 145 million years ago in the Jurassic period. This dinosaur walked on four legs. From the tip of its nose to the tip of its tail, it was as long as two school buses put together - about 90 feet long. Its head was small. Its brain was only the size of a potato!
