1 Ornithomimus (OR nith oh MY mus) was a speedy runner. Its name means "bird mimic." Its body looked very much like an ostrich. It had a small head and a long neck. It had long, slender back legs and a toothless beak. It had a long, stiff tail. It walked on its two back legs. Its hands had three fingers with long, slender claws.
