1 A bully is someone who likes to hurt others. Sometimes a bully hurts someone physically. The bully may hit, punch, or shove his victim. Other times bullies hurt people verbally. They say mean things about a person. They call their victims names and try to hurt their feelings. Some bullies hurt people socially. They spread rumors about a person.
