Surprise Some Adults!
By Brenda B. Covert

1     Hey, kids, do you want to surprise some adults? Do you want to make their jaws drop? Do you want to make their eyes pop? Does that sound like fun?

2     The next time you go through a door, hold it open for some adults. Let them walk through. Do not let go so that it swings shut and hits them! The adults who have good manners will thank you.

3     When a woman asks you a yes or no question, respond with "yes, ma'am" or "no, ma'am." If a man asks the question, say "yes, sir" or "no, sir." Most kids do not speak that way. The adults will be surprised!
