Abby and Spot At The Zoo

"Do not lie in bed. Get up!" said Abby Fox. She had a doll in her arms. She often woke Rick up.

He did not like it. "Go away. I feel sick," said Rick.

Abby ran to get Mom. Mom made Rick get up. He was not sick. He did not want to play with Abby and a doll.

"I will fry an egg," said Mom. "After you eat it, clean your dish. Then you may go to the zoo."

"I love the zoo!" Abby said. She gave five claps.

Rick ate the egg. He put the dish in the sink. He put on his blue hat.

The two foxes got on a bus. They rode the bus to the zoo. While they rode, Abby played with her doll. Its name was Spot.

"That is a silly name," said Rick. "Spot is a good name for a dog. It is not a good name for a doll."
