What is the total flight time, including the connected service in Tokyo?

 6.  James ran for Student Council president at EdHelper Middle School. He received three hundred sixtyone votes and but lost the election by only nine votes to the only other person running! It was so close that he asked for a recount, but the results of the recount were identical to the first count. There were nine hundred five students present on election day. How many of them did not vote?
