 3 In 1980 there were about fifteen thousand black rhinoceroses in the world. Now scientists believe there are only two thousand, five hundred left. How many fewer black rhinos are there now than there were in 1980?
 4 The students in Ms. Wilson's class volunteered to clean up the park for Earth Day. On Monday the class worked from 9:53 a.m. until 11:17 a.m. On Tuesday the class worked from 1:40 p.m. until 2:42 p.m. On Wednesday the class worked from 11:46 a.m. until 1:02 p.m. How long did the class work in all?
 5 Brittany wrote a report about black-footed ferrets for Earth Day. By the 1970s people thought black-footed ferrets were extinct, but a few had survived.
