Interrupted Quotations


Capitalize the first word in a quotation.
Capitalize the first word in the second part of a quotation if the second part is a separate sentence.


"What a beautiful sunset," Jasmine exclaimed. "The colors are amazing!"
"There he is!" Tyler exclaimed. "How did he get inside the house?"
