1 Neither Spunky nor Sparky had ever been taken on a family vacation. The dog and cat were frequently left in the care of Mr. Rabash, a neighbor. Mr. Rabash was nice enough, but Spunky and Sparky always missed their family greatly. Mr. Rabash would only check on them about once a day. He would give them food and water and bring in the paper. However, he wasn't used to having a dog or cat and didn't realize how they liked to play. So this time, when the Williams family was planning vacation, Spunky and Sparky figured everything would be the same.
