Assume 1 inch = 2.54 centimeters.

 1 Toronto had four and ninety-nine hundredths more inches of snow than Cincinnati. 2 Berlin had three times more snow than Winnipeg. 3 Toronto and Cincinnati had a total accumulation of twenty and ninety-nine hundredths inches. 4 New York and Minneapolis had a total accumulation of twenty-seven and ninety-four hundredths centimeters. 5 Minneapolis and Winnipeg had a total accumulation of seven and ninety-four hundredths inches. 6 Minneapolis and Berlin had a total accumulation of forty and sixteen hundredths centimeters.
