A Mask for Sam

1     Sam did not have a mask for Halloween. Sam was sad that he did not have a mask. All Sam had was a candy sack.
 
2     The other children were happy with their masks. One had a lamb mask and costume. Another had a black bat costume. A third had a rabbit mask and costume. Sam did not have a mask. Sam was sad.
 
3     Brad had a camel mask and costume. Brad was happy he had a camel mask. Brad saw that Sam was sad.
 
4     "Happy Halloween, Sam," said Brad. "You look sad, Sam. Why are you sad? It is Halloween. We will be getting candy. You should be happy."
 
5     Sam said, "I do not have a mask."
