Little Blue Penguins   
1     The little blue penguin is the smallest of all 18 species of penguins! With an average height of 16 inches and a weight of 2 pounds, little blue penguins are about 3 times shorter and 33 times lighter than their giant cousins, emperor penguins, who also happen to be the largest of all penguins.
 
2     Except for their white bellies, little blue penguins have a bluish gray feather outfit covering their heads, backs, and wings. Also known as "fairy penguins", "little penguins", or "blue penguins", little blue penguins live in New Zealand and southern Australia.
