Una Giornata perdigiorno

1     Alex sorrise tra sé. Il giorno seguente sarebbe stato la Giornata nazionale perdigiorno. Si sarebbe divertito così tanto! Non era giusto, ovviamente, che dovesse andare a scuola. Forse l'insegnante non avrebbe dato molto lavoro da fare.
 
2     Quando il suo migliore amico, Tyler, andò là, i ragazzi giocarono all'aperto. Tyler aveva portato il pallone da pallacanestro, e si esercitarono a tirare a canestro.
 
3     "Che cosa vuoi fare per la giornata perdigiorno?" chiese Alex.
 
4     "Fare?" chiese Tyler. "Pensavo che perdigiorno significasse non fare nulla!" Fece un ghigno al suo amico.
 
5     "Ha. Ha. Sei molto divertente" disse Alex. "So cosa intendi".
 
6     Tyler palleggiò la palla due volte e la lanciò. Fece un arco in aria e cadde perfettamente nel canestro.
 
7     "SI!" Disse quando Alex prese la palla. "Semplicemente canestro! Prova a fare di meglio!" Rise.
 
8     Alex palleggiò la palla e fissò la retina. Prese la mira attentamente. La palla volò in aria. Toccò leggermente il bordo posteriore prima di cadere attraverso la rete.
 
9     "Bel tiro, Alex" disse Tyler. "Vorrei che domani potessimo passare tutto il giorno a fare questo".
