Chockit Cupcakes

By Kathleen W. Redman
1     Mrs. Dean opened her cookbook. She wanted to make chocolate cupcakes. She found the desserts. Then she turned the pages until she found chocolate cupcakes.

2     A tiny hand hit the picture of the cupcakes. A little voice said, "Chockit!" The tiny hand and the little voice belonged to Sean. Sean was two years old. He loved chocolate.

3     "Sean, let's make chocolate cupcakes," Mrs. Dean said. "You can sit in your chair. You can watch me."

4     "Chockit," Sean said.

5     Mrs. Dean went in the kitchen. She got a big bowl. She turned on the oven. She put paper liners in the cupcake pan. "Now, Sean, what should I get?"
