Your body is wonderful! It can do so much. There are many things you can do to take care of it. Here are some ideas:


Be active every day.
When you play and move around you are giving your body a gift! It makes you flexible and strong. Play for 30 minutes every day!


Eat healthy foods.
Fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and nonfat dairy products (milk, cheese) are good for you. You should have some of these each day. Maybe you could drink your non-fat milk with your lunch and supper. These foods will provide many vitamins and minerals that you need. You should be careful not to eat items with a lot of fat, sugar, or salt in them.
