What makes you happy? This week try to find out what makes you feel happy. Here is what you can do. Write down your happiest moment of every day. You can write a word or a sentence. You can draw a picture. You can do this every day to see what makes you happy. Keep these in a notebook. It will be fun to look at when you are older. That will make you happy, too!
Does it make you happy to help? Does it make you happy when you play? Some people feel happy about things they see. What are some things that you see that make you happy? Is there a song that makes you happy? You could write the words to the song. You could draw a picture for the song. You could sing the song and smile.
