Measuring helps us find out how big or small things are. Today, we'll practice measuring caterpillars! We'll use a ruler in centimeters. Look at each caterpillar and the ruler underneath it. Its tail lines up with the number 0. Now, look at the caterpillar's head. What number is lined up with it? Write that number down. That's how many centimeters long the caterpillar is!
