Time to add! For each problem, start by adding the numbers in the ones place. If the sum is less than 10, write that number in the ones place. If it's 10 or more, write only the ones digit and regroup (carry) the 1 to the tens place. Next, add the numbers in the tens place, including the 1 you regrouped. If this sum is 10 or more, write the ones digit in the tens place and regroup the 1 to the hundreds place. Keep repeating this process until you finish adding. Check the example to see the steps.
