1 Yesterday was Danny's birthday. He was eight years old. Danny and his mother and father went to a restaurant for dinner. They had a surprise for Danny. Danny did not know about the surprise. He was just happy to be going to the Pizza Palace for his birthday dinner.
2 At the restaurant, the host took them to a table. The server came and asked what they would like to drink. He brought Danny's father and mother icy glasses of tea. He brought Danny a glass of chocolate milk.
3 Danny's mother and father ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, green peppers, ham, and extra cheese. Danny ordered a small pizza with five different toppings! He also asked for some salad. The server took their orders to the kitchen.
