Discovery - Digging for Knowledge

1     People are curious. People discover or learn about new things when they are curious. Some scientists try to figure out what life was like before humans arrived on Earth. They look for fossils of animals. They study plant fossils. Fossils can tell people more about what the Earth was like. Much of the world's history is left for people to discover.
 
2     Scientists look for clues to tell them about the past. When they discover something new, they write down in a journal what they find. This helps them remember and make connections to the new discoveries they make. Scientists share their findings with others after they make new discoveries. Together scientists can .....
