1 Do you drool when you hear the words pizza, French fries, and donuts? Do you love these kinds of foods? These foods taste really good to a lot of people. They may be pleasing to your taste buds, but they are not as pleasing to the rest of your body. You should not eat them every day. These foods are okay to eat every once in a while. This is called eating things in moderation. Moderation means every once in a while. Keep in mind that you need to eat other things, too. Vegetables are very good for your body. You should also eat a lot of fresh fruit. Protein is important, too. You can get protein by eating beans, meat, and fish. Eggs and peanut butter give you protein, too!
