The Adventures of Alice

By Jody Williams
1     Alice was beginning to get very tired of sitting by her sister on the bank, and of having nothing to do: once or twice she had peeped into the book her sister was reading, but it had no pictures or conversations in it, "and what is the use of a book," thought Alice "without pictures or conversation?"

2     Alice did not have anything to do. She was bored. She wanted to have fun. What would happen next?

3     Alice did not know what would happen next. Only Lewis Carroll knew. He was the author of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Lewis Carroll was born on January 27, 1832. His real name was Charles L. Dodgson. He published stories under the name of Lewis Carroll.
