Spider Monkeys

1     Spider monkeys are a special kind of monkey that lives in the canopy or top layer of trees in the rainforest. Spider monkeys like to use their arms and legs to hang upside down from tree branches. They also use their strong tails to hang onto branches. When a spider monkey spreads out and uses all four limbs and a tail to hang onto branches, the monkey looks like a spider. Spider monkeys can be black, brown, gold, red, or tan in color. Spider monkeys move very quickly through the trees, swinging .....
