What Comes From Corn?
By Erin Horner

1
The stalk starts green and grows really tall.
You can eat it for dinner, but that's not all.
You can munch on its cob, but there's more it can do.
Let's learn about corn and what it makes for me and you!

2     Corn is a vegetable. It contains starch and sugar. When you eat corn, these starches and sugars give you energy. Many people like to eat corn on the cob. Others like to eat it after it has been frozen. Some prefer corn from a can.
