1     Zack couldn't wait to open his birthday card. He tore at the blue envelope and pulled the card out as quickly as he could. There was a piece of paper inside. Zack appreciated the kind words his grandmother had written, but he was obviously disappointed.
 
2     "What's wrong?" his mom asked.
 
3     "I was hoping Grandma would send me a little bit of money," he sheepishly admitted.
