Decisiveness

Decisiveness is a character trait that demonstrates one's ability to sort through information and make an informed choice effectively. Those who are decisive cannot be called wishy-washy. Decisiveness is a trait that leaders possess. The opposite of decisiveness is indecisiveness.

"What do you want?"
