An E-Mail from Blair the Blizzard

1     Caption: This man was "standing tall" on snow that nearly buried utility poles in North Dakota in March 1966.
 
2     Hi there! I hope it's nice and warm where you are. I don't think you'd like it much where I live. Do you like to be cold? Do you like to be lonely? Do you like to be uncomfortable? You don't? Then you'd hate where I live.
 
3     I'm a blizzard. I am one of nature's scariest storms. If you travel very far north, you'll find me. You can find me in Canada and the northern parts of the United States. You might find me in northern Europe. You can find me all across Russia, too. Wherever it's really cold and snowy, you'll find me.
