Easter Brunch
By Beth Beutler

1     Easter is a fine time for a great meal. Many people serve brunch. A brunch is a meal that offers both breakfast food and lunch food. It is often served late in the morning...a little too late for breakfast but a little too early for lunch!

2     Often, eggs of some sort are served at a brunch. They might be scrambled. They could be part of a casserole. Other items like sausage, cheese, ham, or deli meats may be served. A mix of fruit will probably be available. Rolls such as hot cross buns or sweet pastries may be offered. Coffee, tea, and juices might be the beverages for the meal.
