1 Fire is an important part of everyday life. Fire has probably done something good for you today. Maybe it was used to cook a meal for you. It also keeps you warm. Sometimes, people enjoy a fire just to look at. Fireplaces in houses and outside campfires can be lots of fun.
2 Fire can be very useful. It can also be very dangerous. Did you know that it takes a lot of work to keep a fire safe? You must be careful around fire and things that can start fires. Do you know how to stay safe around fire?
