Mr. and Mrs. Lee looked forward to vacation. Every year, they went to the mountains at the end of July. They visited their parents. Both sides of the family lived in the mountains of North Carolina.


Each year, Mr. and Mrs. Lee brought their children. One year, they found out about Parents' Day. It was on the fourth Sunday in July every year. They would be with their parents on the day it occurred.


This year, they told their own children, Jessee and Gabrielle about it. Mr. and Mrs. Lee's parents were grandparents to Jessee and Gabrielle, and Mr. and Mrs. Lee thought the girls might have fun helping them do something special for their grandparents.


When they got to the cabin, the family unpacked. Jessee and Gabrielle went to their room. They started to whisper.
