Bullying

School can be a very busy place. Every day students go to several classes. They carry books and worry about homework. They talk with friends and go to after school activities. They might even worry about what they are wearing. Sometimes there's so much to think about and do, studying might seem like a small part of school!

There's another part of school that can be miserable for many students. These are the students who are bullied. Besides all the usual school concerns everyone has, they have another thing to worry about -- being bullied. It is a very unhappy existence to be a victim of bullying.

What is a bully? Bullies make other people afraid by picking on them regularly. A bully is usually someone who is bigger, stronger, or in a position of authority.
