Reading Comprehension for October 20

What are your favorite classes in school - math, art, science, or possibly history? The subjects you like say a lot about your interests. Your interests will guide your choice of a job. Christopher Wren's interest in science, math, and art eventually led him to become one of the greatest men of his day.

We know Christopher Wren as an architect, but he was so much more. He was born in England on October 20, 1632. His father was chaplain to King Charles I. As a result, the Wren family lived at Windsor Castle near the royal family.

Young Christopher loved to learn about things. He was mostly interested in math and science. When he wasn't in school, he liked to draw or play with the king's son (who would grow up to become King Charles II).
