Go Wash Your Face!

When you were younger, did your mom often say "Go wash your face"? Now that you are older, it is still important to keep your face clean. It is part of good grooming. It will also help keep acne under control. Taking good care of your skin will keep it looking young as you grow older.

Some people have oily skin. Others have dry skin. Some people have both. No matter what type of skin you have, you need to keep it clean. You don't really need fancy face washes or special soaps. All you need is a clean washcloth and some mild soap.

Wet the washcloth with some warm water. Wring it out a little. Rub the soap onto the washcloth. Make some lather by rubbing the cloth together. Now gently scrub your face.

Make sure you clean the whole surface of your face. Try not to get soap in your eyes. It will sting if you do. Also, remember to keep your mouth shut. Soap does not taste good!
