Grandma Gladys

Gladys is a grandmother. Grandma Gladys has three grandchildren. Her grandchildren are eight, eleven, and sixteen years old. She loves them very much. She tells them that she loves them from here to there and back again. She looks forward to their visits.


Once a month, Grandma Gladys's grandchildren visit. They visit on a Saturday. They stay all day. They love seeing their grandmother. They love going to her house. They get to play outside in her big yard. Every time they visit, Grandma Gladys takes them out for ice cream.


Grandma Gladys is sixty-seven years old. She has lived many years. In her sixty-seven years, she has done many things. She has been to school. She has been to college. There she learned to be a registered nurse. Then she worked in a very big hospital. She took care of people who came into the emergency room.
